Wide Blade Airboat PropellersAll airboat propellers are laminated of aircraft grade hardwood lumber. Graphite epoxy is then installed on the leading edges of the propeller and the propeller tips are wrapped with bi-ax glass impregnated with graphite epoxy. This highly durable tipping offers many advantages. Moisture cannot collect under it to rot the wood as with metal tips. This type of tipping can be easily repaired if necessary.

STAINLESS STEEL LEADING EDGES - For stainless steel leading edges add $75.00 per blade. Our stainless steel tipping has improved. First we install full composite tips on the propeller, then we add the stainless steel leading edges. Wide Blade Three Blade PropellerOur newly introduced wide blade 3-blade airboat propellers are quickly becoming the propeller of choice by many manufactures of airboats. The number one feature of this super performer is its smoother operation. When you compare all the wide blade airboat propellers, the 3-blade has the lowest decibel level.

STAINLESS STEEL LEADING EDGES - For stainless steel leading edges add $75.00 per blade. Our stainless steel tipping has improved. First we install full composite tips on the propeller, then we add the stainless steel leading edges. Because of the increased load on the propeller hub bolts, all of the three blade propellers with an X at the end of the model number comes with an aluminum reinforcement plate on both sides of the propeller hub. Wide Stacked Four Blade PropellersArrowprop introduced the stacked 4-blade propeller over thirty years ago. Through our continuous research and development, we now offer another innovative improvement. When stacking two 2-blade propellers on top of each other, the rear 2-blade propeller has more pitch than the front 2-blade. This greatly improves the performance of the propeller while reducing the noise level.
